The table has butterfly-shaped and flower-shaped decorative items, along with a white mug with the word 'Healing' and a heart design on it. A small stack of what appears to be pamphlets or cards labeled 'Healing' is also on the table, and there are green plants in the background.

Insurance

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.
Your exact cost per session depends on your insurance plan and benefits. The best way to find out what your mental health coverage looks like is to call the number on the back of your insurance card. Many plans cover some or all of the cost of therapy, but this can vary.

If you use out-of-network insurance, payment in full is due at the time of your session. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you for part of the cost depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

  • The most accurate way to know if I’m in-network and what your share of the cost will be is to call your insurance provider using the number on the back of your card.

You will ask if outpatient psychotherapy visits are covered, if you have a deductible that applies, and what your expected cost will be for each visit. Be sure to ask about office and virtual visits as these costs may vary.

You can ask them for your benefits as they relate to the following:

    Procedure Codes:

    • 90791: Intake/Initial appointment

    • 90832, 90834, 90837: Individual therapy

    • 90853: Group therapy

Based on other clients’ experiences, we recommend that you also confirm that you can

see your therapist via telehealth as telehealth sessions are not always covered.

  • At least 24 hours notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your session. Otherwise, full service fee will be charged to the card on file.

Trainings and Presentations

I design and facilitate presentations that invite people to learn, reflect, and heal in ways that honor culture, community, and lived experience. My talks weave together cultural traditions, community wisdom, and approaches rooted in psychology, offering practical tools and meaningful conversations for educators, organizations, and communities.

As a clinical supervisor, I provide guidance that is both supportive and growth-oriented. I have years of experience supervising doctoral interns, early career clinicians, and seasoned providers, with a focus on integrating culture, identity, and lived experience into clinical work. My approach emphasizes reflection, skill development, and self-awareness while honoring the wisdom each clinician already carries. I am especially passionate about mentoring practitioners who serve communities of color and those navigating complex systems, and I create a supervision space that is collaborative, culturally grounded, and tailored to each clinician’s professional journey.

Supervision offerings include:

  • Individual clinical supervision for licensed or pre-licensed clinicians

  • Group supervision for teams, interns, or training cohorts

  • Consultation on culturally grounded and decolonized approaches to therapy

  • Support for clinicians navigating work with tribal, academic, and community-based settings

  • Mentorship on professional growth, leadership, and training development
